Chen Yen, RPh, PharmD
Chen is a pharmacist who has provided staffing to Native American reservations for over 9 years. While serving as a pharmacist, she found pharmacies frustrated with inconsistencies of staffing quality. She also noticed that some pharmacists were looking for job changes, but many didn’t have time to search thoroughly for themselves. When pharmacists searched for other opportunities, they were unhappy with recruiters who did not understand their needs. Chen set out to create a niche by helping pharmacists find the right job for their personality in both temp & direct hire pharmacist positions throughout the country. Matching and final selection is completed by one who understands pharmacists, not just a trained recruiter. Her dream is that every pharmacist works in a setting where their talent is used best & where they enjoy their work environment.
Chen has been featured in Pharmacy Week and is a published author in the Journal of American Pharmacist Association. She is the recipient of a national award for initiating an immunization program in her area. Chen holds a PharmD from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio State University, where she attended on full scholarship and was honored with multiple awards in her visionary leadership roles. She enjoys traveling, dancing ballet, playing the violin, meditating, and cooking.
Chen is optimistic that every pharmacist can find a job that’s the most suitable for his/her personality & talents. She wants every pharmacist to experience joy in their work & life.

Kay has worked with professionals from medical professionals, CEOs, to fresh college grads to help them stand out in their interviews in the past 30 years. She has placed over 5,000 people with various corporations so far through her career. Kay has sat on numerous interviewing boards of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She has written interviewing manuals for companies, trained HR recruiters when companies decided to hire their own recruiting staff, served as an expert witness in job assessment, earning capacity, and educational requirement-related matters for the courts in the state of CA, and trained on how to conduct interview boards. She is a published author who has traveled the country helping professionals learn the art of communication.
